I am on day 4 of my 2nd whole 30 (2 years ago I made it 30 days but not through reintroduction because my daughter developed serious food allergies during the last week last time and once we hit day 30 we just went right back to old habbits) but I am determined to have this be different. I remember looking before for something with a Christian Perspective…even a devo to go with it would be awesome because I too see an amazing potential when the two come together. Thank you for sharing! I am curious how old your kids are? Mine are 2 and 6 and it feels nearly impossible to imagine them doing this and I feel super guilty because it seems like I am feeding them more convenience foods so I can focus on our Meal prep…#momguilt any way I’d love any advice you have on the kid front! Thank you again for sharing this!
